I received a Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement with respect to the lawsuit listed above, which alleges that Mint Condominium Assoc. Inc. charged fees in connection with the sale, transfer, or lease of a condominium unit which are prohibited by Fla. Stat. § 718.112(2)(i). I am entitled to a settlement check from Mint because Mint charged me fees in connection with my purchase or lease of a condominium unit and I am a member of the class as described above.
